Great Investment!

I wanted to wait a while before writing the review to see how the bag will last.

I bought this bag 8 months ago and with hopes that it will last for a few years at least. I presented my concerns to the customer service team and they were able to promise me that the bag will not only last but will actually gain value and improve in appearance over time.

Boy were they right! absolutely fabulous bag! Planning to buy one to one of my colleagues as a gift.

Please allow me to thank the customer service at ChiarugiUSA. I ordered the Diplomatica briefcase for my husband's birthday. I needed the Diplomatica briefcase to arrive in two days. The guys at ChiarugiUSA did every effort to send the bag that was packaged with obvious care ASAP and make sure it arrives on time to the special occasion.

So once again, many thanks and I'm definitely sending my husband to buy something for me from the ChiarugiUSA shop for my next birthday.
